Hemp Seed, Dill and Coriander Dip

Since I created this little delicious dip it has been on constant rotation in my fridge. It’s so tasty and insanely versatile in terms of what you can add it to.

What you’ll need:

1 x large Zucchini roughly chopped

1/2 cup hemp hearts / seeds

1/2 bunch coriander 

1/2 bunch dill

1/2 Avocado 

2 x cloves garlic 

1/4 cup EVOO / Hemp oil

1/2 tsp chilli powder 

1/4 cup macadamia nuts 

1/4 cup coconut cream / milk

salt and pepper 

What to do:

Place all ingredients into your food processor and blitz!!

So very simple and yet sooo tasty and packed with all the greatness! I use this as a dip, a pesto to add to pasta, an accompaniment to salads and nourish bowls and I also add it to my hemp and buckwheat wraps when I stuff them with roast veggies.

Just incase you’re wondering what I’ve popped on those gorgeous little morsels in this picture: GF crackers + truss tomatoes + goats cheese + this hemp dip + smoked salmon + dill. DEVINE.
